Hi there Crystal! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney Cruise Line offers such wonderfully exciting and enjoyable vacations for all! I hope you are getting excited for the upcoming adventure that awaits you! Disney Cruise Line Cast Members are always a special part of our trips! The servers in the dining room will ensure you leave with full bellies at the conclusion of dinner and your Stateroom Host/Hostess will keep your room tidy and create fun and exciting towel figures to come back to at night (not to mention the delicious chocolates left for you!). Anyone else you encounter will have a friendly smile on their face and go above and beyond to make the sailing magical for you and your family. They truly work so hard. Disney Cruise Line makes it easy for Guests by providing a suggested gratuity amount for servers and stateroom hosts, but it is to your discretion if you choose to change the amount. Any changes to the automatic charges on your stateroom account can be done at the Guest Services desk. Additionally, these can be prepaid before your sailing, if you choose to do so by contacting Disney Cruise Line. For all other bar, lounge and deck service an automatic 15% gratuity is added to your stateroom account. Room Service is at your discretion, but I always recommend that Guests bring small bills to tip for Room Service deliveries. Room Service is one of our favorite things to do as a family; we always get a treat before dinner service - and don&rsquo;t forget to ask about the Cake of the Day selection!
