I'm still am confused about the Memory Maker / Photo Pass +. We purchased Photo Pass + for our vacation in Jan 2014 and have already received the voucher. Will is still be valid? How do you exchange? When can we exchange? HELP!! Thanks!

Hello Deb, welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel! We still do not have much official information on Disney´s Memory Maker, but we do know that it is a digital only entitlement. I have read that Memory Maker is replacing PhotoPass+ and guests who already purchased PhotoPass+ can change to Memory Maker at no additional cost. Memory Maker will probable include all available photos available with PhotoPass+. I also read about new videos of digital experiences with Disney Characters that will be included in Disney´s Memory Maker. For up to date information, I suggest contacting PhotoPass Guest Support team at disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com or at (407) 560-4300. We still do not have much official information on Disney´s Memory Maker, but we do know that it is a digital only entitlement.
I have read that Memory Maker is replacing PhotoPass+ and guests who already purchased PhotoPass+ can change to Memory Maker at no additional cost. Memory Maker will probable include all available photos available with PhotoPass+.
