I'm confused about my member numbers. We have 2, one for our Wilderness Lodge points and one for our Bay Lake Towers points. Can we combine them (it would be easier to make reservations as our total points could be used)

    Hiya, Eileen!

As a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member, I'm so glad you've found your way to planDisney.  Thanks for dropping by with a question about your Membership.  I love the convenience and flexibility of using Disney Vacation Club Vacation Points, but I also know that all the detailed ins and out of Membership can be a little confusing, especially for Members that have more than one contract or multiple Member numbers.  Let me share a few details using your Vacation Points when you have several Member numbers associated with your Membership to help you plan your next visit.

While I know how convenient it would be to combine your two Member numbers into one, as far as I know, the only way that you can have two separate contracts under the same Member number is when both of your contracts have the same Use Year.  If your two contracts currently have the same Use Year, I recommend reaching out to Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to see if there's anything that can be done.  While I'm not sure if combining Membership numbers is a possibility for an existing contract, they would be able to give you all the details and let you know what the options are for your specific situation.

As for combining Points from your individual contracts, Disney Vacation Club Members have the option to transfer Vacation Points to or from another Membership once per Use Year, which can be done by calling Member Services.  This means that each year, you can transfer up to 100 percent of the Points from one of your Member numbers to the other, allowing you to book a reservation using all your Points at one time. Just keep in mind, however, that transferred Points can't be used during the Home Resort Priority Period –– you can only use those transferred Points to book reservations starting at the 7-month mark. If you'd prefer to make your reservations during the 11-month booking window, you might also consider booking your visit as a split stay –– that way, you could take advantage of booking reservations at both your Home Resorts 11 months in advance.

Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Eileen.  I hope this helped to answer your question, but if you need more information or think of new questions about your Disney Vacation Club Membership, please don't hesitate to drop by again –– we're always here to lend a helping hand!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Amy
