    I'm confused about the Magical Express service coming from the UK. We don't receive a pack, so I have no luggage tags and no voucher. I have my email confirmation and a reference number. Do we leave our luggage on the carousel or collect? Thanks.

    Hi Tara! Because you are an international guest, you must follow the United States Customs procedures and claim your luggage.  Once you have gone through customs, you can head to the Magical Express Welcome Center which is located on the "B" side of the airport, level 1.  Disney will then collect your luggage and deliver it to your resort room within 4 hours.  You will also receive a boarding pass for the bus.

    I love the service Magical Express provides by delivering luggage directly to the resort room - it's so magical...and convenient!  Have a wonderful vacation, Tara!
