I'm confused about Be Our Guest & Gaston's Tavern. Are both quick service? counter service? It looks like Be Our Guest might be both? But Gaston's Tavern might just be snacks? I'm so confused...would love to experience one or both :-)

    Hi Mindy,

I thoroughly enjoy both the Be Our Guest restaurant and Gaston's Tavern. Be Our Guest is a quick service restaurant at lunch time and it turns into a table service restaurant at dinner. During lunch you will want to line up early around 10:30 a.m. to get a spot. You'll place your order at a kiosk and then head to a table to eat. At dinner time, you will order off of a menu with a server who will take your order. Reservations are required for dinner and they are very difficult to get. If you don't have reservations, your best bet will be to plan to have lunch there.

Gaston's Tavern is a quick service restaurant with snack options. They have limited menu selections including: roasted pork shanks, mixed vegetables cups, hummus with chips, fruit cups and warm cinnamon rolls. One of my favorite refreshing, non-alcoholic treats in the Magic Kingdom is available there. It's called LeFou's Brew and it is delicious!

I recommend that you try lunch at Be Our Guest and then later in the heat of the afternoon, stop by Gaston's Tavern for a Le Fou's Brew.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
