I'm confused. What are the actual "days out" that I should be booking everything for an early 2017 vacation. Is a year out too late to be booking hotel and flight? What are the things that I should definitely be booking ahead of time and when

    Hi Sara!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm more than happy to help!

Planning early is always a great idea, but Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages and prices for 2017 have not been released yet. I would suggest checking out the Disney Parks Blog for any updates. You can bet that you'll hear about it first there since new posts are added daily. When planning for dining reservations, keep in mind that you will be able to make reservations 180 days in advance of your arrival date. So once you know when you'll be checking in, you can mark your calendar to log on or call at exactly 180 days out. Dining reservations for the more popular restaurants will fill up fast, so I would definitely suggest planning as far in advance as possible for dining.

As for flights, just check with your preferred airline to see when their flight schedules will be available for early 2017. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to let us know. I hope you have a magical day.

    Happy planning!
