Bonjour Marie-Eve,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question about bringing a baby to Walt Disney World Resort, a topic that is near and dear to my heart! Our son’s first visit took place when he was almost 6 months old and he erupted in one of his first giggle fits when he saw fireworks for the first time!! Babies are fascinated by their surroundings, and there is PLENTY to fascinate them at the Disney Parks.
You’ll be able to experience lots of attractions with your baby. If a given attraction in one of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks or Water Parks doesn’t have a height requirement, your little one will be able to ride with you holding him. Check out the Disney Parks Blog for a really great post about the various
Height Requirements for Attractions at Walt Disney World Resort for more vacation inspiration.
Another great resource is the
Planning for Pre-School Kids and Little Ones page. It has lots of tips and tricks that will be useful for both your son and your daughter. Finally, if you need a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of the Parks, don’t forget to visit the
Baby Care Centers. Not only do they have amazing (HUGE) change tables, there is also a great room for nursing, complete with dim lighting and rocking chairs, as well as a room with some activities for your daughter if you want to take a break to feed your son.
Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. I love helping out my fellow Quebeckers and Walt Disney World’s tiniest Guests!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
