Im coming to WDW with my two step sons ages 9 and 12, the only character dinner still available is Cinderellas Dinner @1900 Park Fare, is this more of a "girls dinner"? I hear the step sisters are hilarious!

Hi Bonnie, The nice thing about 1900 Park Fare is the dinner buffet has a lot of "kid friendly" options on it. I think your step-sons would find plenty to eat.

You heard correctly, the step-sisters are hilarious. As far as the characters, Prince Charming is there, which some boys do appreciate. I actually think that your boys are the perfect ages to appreciate the humor at 1900 Park Fare. The characters are really into their "roles"...complete with bickering and bellowing.  I'll share a story with you about one of my sons when we dined there. At the time, my boys were 7 & and almost 12 (my girls were 3, 5 & 15). First to arrive at our table were Cinderella and Prince Charming. Prince Charming "flirted" with my oldest, which had her blushing. It was cute. Next up was Lady Tremaine who was hysterical, scolding the boys about minding their manners, etc. The best part though, was when Anastasia and Drizella came to our table. Anastasia mumbled something to my 11 year old. He didn't know what she said, and so responded, "um, sure". She then proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs, "Everybody, Everybody...he's going to MARRY ME!!...clap, everyone, clap....he's going to MARRY ME!!" Oh, I don't know if they make a shade of red to describe the color he turned. It was hysterical. His brother and sisters were laughing, and I captured it all on camera. He handled it like a trooper, and laughed about it. Later he told me that it was the most embarrassing moment of his life...but still laughs about it to this day (nearly 3 years later).

While girls definitely enjoy this dinner to be able to see Cinderella and Prince Charming, I think the humor will not be lost on boys ages 9 and 12. The characters are quite hysterical many times during the dinner. Anastasia and Drizella argue often and Lady Tremaine and even Prince Charming get in on it sometimes.

Hope this helps and I wish you and your family a magical vacation!
