    I'm coming to WDW in January from Australia. All my bookings are done and linked. I want to customise our magic bands but I cannot seem to do so. I followed all instructions previously given. Is it because I come from Australia? Can I customise our bands?

    Hello Karen!

    I am thrilled to hear you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next January.  It must be quite an adventure to make the journey all the way from Australia! Although MagicBands are not shipped internationally, you should be able to customize them with your favorite name and color and have them waiting at your resort upon arrival.    If you log into your My Disney Experience account and select the option "MagicBands and Cards," you should be prompted to enter your shipping information (even though they won't ship to you.)  Once you have completed that step, you should have the option of customizing your order.  If these options aren't available I suggest visiting the Phone Directory page of the Walt Disney World website and calling Website Support for additional assistance.
