Holly, Bell Services at your Disney Resort hotel is happy to
accept deliveries on your behalf and hold them for up to a week before your arrival date. My family usually schedules a grocery delivery for our check-in day, but even if our groceries arrive before we do, we know that the Cast Members will take care to store them (even refrigerating cold items) until we are ready to collect them! When you arrive, you can collect your packages directly from
Bell Services or request to have them brought directly to your resort room for a fee (the fee at this time is $6, but is subject to change). To ensure your package arrives at the correct location, be sure to include the mailing address of your Disney Resort hotel and is clearly labeled "Guest" with your arrival date.
