If your
theme park tickets were a standalone purchase, there's no need to change the name of the Guest assigned to the ticket before use. It's just important to remember that once a ticket has been used for entry, it is exclusively valid for the entry of that Guest for the life of the ticket. If the ticket was purchased as part of a
Hotel + Tickets Package, you can conveniently change the name associated with a ticket by reaching out to a Disneyland Paris representative via Live Chat — available as a blue and white icon on the website 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM Saturdays, local Paris time. If your change requires updating the booking owner, unfortunately, you will need to reach out by phone.
Once you have your tickets squared away, don't forget to link them through the
Disneyland Paris mobile app. This handy tool will serve not only as your ticket to the magic, but also as a way to maximize your time in the theme parks by providing helpful maps,
mobile ordering capabilities, and the option to bypass standby queues with the purchase of
Disney Premier Access. It's truly pocket-sized pixie dust!
