I’m coming to Disney World with a big group of women to celebrate on a fun Girls’ Trip! I was wanting to have some goodie bags ready for each of them to pick up at when they check into the resort. Is this something I’m allowed to leave at Bell Services?

    Hiya Dani!

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your goodie bag question. First of all, can we talk about how fun a Disney girls' weekend sounds? That is already giving Main Street vibes with matching ears, laughing until your feet hurt, and making core memories from rope drop to fireworks.

So let’s jump right into your question. Yes, you can absolutely leave the goodie bags at the front desk or Bell Services. I recommend letting the Cast Member know exactly what you are dropping off and making sure each goodie bag is clearly labeled with the name of the Guest who will be staying at the resort. I would also give your group a little heads-up to stop by the front desk and ask for their package when they arrive.

One thing to keep in mind is that if they choose to have the bags delivered to their room through Bell Services, there may be a delivery fee of about $6 (subject to change). We actually did something very similar for a reunion once. Another friend joining us had matching shirts dropped off for our group, and it was so easy and such a fun surprise to start the trip. It felt like our own little Disney welcome party.

Dani, I also highly recommend capturing every magical moment from this girls' getaway. Make sure at least one person in your group purchases Memory Maker. Once Memory Maker is linked to your account, you can download the photos of up to 25 members of your Family & Friends. This means you can find all of the Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the parks. It is such a great way to document the laughter, the hugs, and those castle photos that scream Disney girls weekend.

Dani, I hope this helps you plan the perfect start to your trip. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by and visit us again.

    See you real soon,

    Christina
