hi im coming to disney all star music resort in april for 2 weeks ive booked with travel agent can i ask disney for upgrades and rooms near lobby? what are best rooms there? and how much? my daughter has a bone disease in h.er foot so may struggle walking

Sandra you and your family must be getting so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World holiday in April, I love it when my Disney countdown begins to look good in weeks!
I would suggest telephoning Disney's All-Star Music Resort  on 00 1 407 939 6000 just one week before you are due to check in; explain to the Cast Member your daughters condition and request a room close by Melody Hall which houses the Resort lobby and the Intermission Food Court.  Plus you will find near by the Disney Transportation bus stops to all the Walt Disney World Parks and other Disney Resorts.
In April when you arrive at check-in reiterate your request.  Please do keep in mind that that all Cast Members will do their very best to help, but of course not all room or upgrade requests can be accommodated.
If you have any other Walt Disney World trip questions don't hesitate to come back and ask me.
    Have a great Disney day.
