Hi... Im coming to Disney this Christmas with my family there is 14 of us, we are not staying at a Disney hotel. When we pick up our tickets at Disney do we all need to be present? Im aware the lead name of the booking does but do all 14 need to be?

Hello, Carly! You must be so excited to see Mickey and his pals this Christmas! I understand you'll be traveling with a large party... it sounds like it is going to be one big "Jolly Holiday!"

When you booked your tickets, you probably received an e-mail confirmation. Take a look at the e-mail for instructions on how to print your e-Ticket barcode, which you will need to present along with a photo ID at any Will Call window located at each of our four Walt Disney World theme parks (or you can also visit the Disney Springs Ticket Center). I contacted Walt Disney World Ticketing today, and the Cast Member confirmed that only the purchaser of the tickets needs to be present at Will Call. However, if you have any additional questions, feel free to call on freephone 0800 16 90 730.

To make FastPass+ selections in advance, you'll want to make sure your theme park tickets are linked to your account. From your computer, log in to your My Disney Experience Account, and click on 'My Plans.' Hover over the blue circle that says 'Park Tickets,' and then click the tab that says 'Link Tickets.' From here, you'll be able to enter the ID numbers on your e-Ticket vouchers.

I hope you have a magical time, Carly! If I may offer one more suggestion, make time to see Epcot's Candlelight Processional, which is the story of Christmas as told by a celebrity narrator. I love to combine this experience with a visit to the Holiday Kitchens at the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. See ya' real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
