It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michael!
We're coming up on the 180-day mark before your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, which means that it's almost time to make your advanced dining reservations! Since you're going to be a guest of a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you'll be able to make those reservations for the length of your trip, up to 10 days, so let's chat about exactly what will happen when you're ready to book some tables and what kind of information you'll need to do that.
When you
call Disney Dining Reservations to make your bookings, or when you make them online or through the
My Disney Experience app, you'll need to know your party size and where and when you want to eat, but not any other reservation or ticket information for the other people dining with you. You'll also have the opportunity to note if you're celebrating any special occasions or if anyone in your party has any allergies or dietary requirements so the restaurant knows in advance. A small number of dining locations, like
Cinderella's Royal Table in
Magic Kingdom Park, require payment in full in advance, but other than that exception, your credit card will not be charged to make a dining reservation. Your plans are flexible, so if you change your mind and want to eat anywhere else or adjust the timing of your meals, you can adjust your plans using the My Disney Experience app or by calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.
Have a magical day, Michael!
