I'm changing over from POR to the Polynesian. I know standard rooms don't have microwaves, but is there a way to rent one for our stay?

Welcome back Alexandra! Thanks for stopping by with your question.
There are no microwaves in standard rooms at Disney Resort Hotels, but there are always microwaves available for guests use at the food courts. If you prefer to have one in your room for your stay, you may request it before or at your arrival. They used to be complimentary but first come first available, and the microwave would be delivered to your room.
I am not sure if it is still offered at all Disney Resort Hotels, but I suggest you call your hotel in advance and ask if it is possible.
I hope this helps your planning. Come back to visit us again soon.
    Have a magical day!
