I'm celebrating my 2 year anniversary in October with my husband. We had our honeymoon at Disney and it was magical. What are your suggestions for our anniversary dinner? We planned to spend the day in Epcot!

    Megan:

There are so many choices at Epcot! And it's a fabulous location to celebrate an anniversary.

From the aquarium views of Coral Reef to the dimly lit setting under the "stars" at San Angel Inn, many restaurants offer unique backdrops for a memorable dinner. Choose a patio supper alongside the water at Rose & Crown or be entertained by the interactive chefs at Teppan Edo. Laugh as the two of you do the "chicken dance" at the Biergarten or get your picture taken with a princess to mark the occasion at Akershus. The list abounds.

But if money weren't an option, I'd give a hat tip to Monsieur Paul, the Signature Dining Experience upstairs in the French pavilion. I don't know if it is the attentiveness of the staff, the absence of whining children, the abundance of intimate tables for two or the French accents that seem to abound in the place, but a meal there exudes romance and doesn't disappoint the palate. The restaurant recently underwent a facelift, and the wine list is extensive for celebrating. When you make your reservation, let Disney know you are celebrating your anniversary and request a table by the window to enjoy the view!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
