I’m cannot find our ticket ID numbers. How do I access those?

Greetings, Bill! Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. I'm so happy you're here!

There are a couple of places to locate your Disneyland ticket ID number. The first would be by locating your confirmation email from your ticket purchase. Inside that email will be a link to "Access Your eTickets." Click on this link to see your theme park tickets; you'll find the ticket ID number underneath the barcode.

If you purchased your tickets while logged into your MyDisney account, you should also be able to see your ticket IDs in your Disneyland Mobile App. Start by clicking the ☰ icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app homescreen. Next, tap on the "Tickets and Passes," which will open your theme park ticket. The ticket ID number is located just below the barcode. I hope this helps!

Bill, please remember that both a valid theme park ticket and a theme park reservation are required to enter the Disneyland Resort theme parks. You likely made your park reservation at the time of purchase. If you want to double-check your future plans or theme park reservations, you can find this information by logging into the Disneyland website. On the Disneyland Resort website, click "My Plans" in the My Disneyland drop-down menu at the top of the page. This will take you to a page with all of your plans, including theme park reservations and dining reservations.

I hope this information helps in your planning, Bill. If you still need assistance, please visit us again. For additional help with tickets,  you can also call the Tickets Phone Line at (714) 781-4636.

    See ya real soon,
