I'm a Canadian Resident but part of my family is not. Do we have to buy our tickets separately? Would the canadian residents discount apply to them if I buy all the tickets? Thanks

    Hi Isabel,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

The Canadian Resident offer for specially priced Theme Park Tickets really is a great deal, so I can understand why your entire party would like to be able to take advantage of it.

The way that this Special Offer works is that photo identification that proves Canadian residency needs to be shown for each person who purchases these tickets. You’ll need to do this at Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs in order for them to be activated and for you to enter your first Theme Park. That means that the part of your family that doesn’t live in Canada (or have a Canadian passport) won’t be able to purchase these tickets. They’ll have to purchase regular-priced Theme Park Tickets or find another Special Offer that they can apply towards their purchase.

While you should be able to purchase both full-priced and specially priced tickets in the same transaction, it might be easier to order each set of tickets separately to make sure that there’s no confusion.

I hope my answer helps you able to plan the perfect Disney Parks vacation for everyone in your party, and I’m truly sorry I wasn’t able to give you the answer you were probably looking for. That being said, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
