    I’m Canadian. Can I order MagicBands on the Disney website & have them delivered to my Disney Resort to pick up? If so, how do I do this? I did it a few years ago & it was simple, but when I tried it now, it doesn’t have the same options

    Thanks for sending your question our way. I'm always happy to help a fellow Canuck! Disney bands (called MagicBands in the U.S.) are such a handy little piece of magic. With just a tap of the wrist, you can unlock your Disney Resort hotel room door, enter the theme parks, scan for Disney PhotoPass photos, and even pay for meals and souvenirs.

    You are correct that in the past, International Guests could pre-purchase Disney bands for pick-up at check-in; however, this changed a couple of years ago. Since Canadian (and other international) Guests can’t pre-purchase Disney bands ahead of their visit, the best option is to pick one up once you arrive. You’ll find a small selection right at your Disney Resort at the merchandise location, but if you’d like a wider variety of styles, I recommend browsing these locations:

    Once you’ve chosen your band, linking it to your MyDisney account is quick and easy. Do note that the newer Disney bands (DisneyBand+) need charging every so often, so I always like to keep a portable charger with me in the parks (just in case).
