Hi Azfar,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with this great question!
Walt Disney World Resort tickets are such an amazing gift! Your group is lucky to have someone so thoughtfully making magic for them.
If you are hoping to
purchase tickets for guests planning to arrive together, you'll only need to designate one recipient on the checkout screen. You'll just need to make sure the name listed matches the recipient's government-issued photo ID. Once the ticket purchase is complete you will receive a gift receipt with a barcode that you can forward to the designated guest for entry into the parks. If your gift recipients are not traveling together you can complete a transaction for each of them separately. This will generate 4 separate gift receipt emails, which you can forward to them individually upon receipt. Keep in mind, it will take 24-48 hours to receive your gift receipt(s).
When your guests arrive at the parks, they will need to present the gift receipt barcode, as well as a photo ID that matches the name you indicated on the checkout screen. If the ticket recipient is a minor, they will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must present their own government-issued photo ID.
Since you noted a travel date in the very near future, I'd recommend purchasing your gift tickets as soon as possible to ensure you receive and can forward the gift receipts in time. Alternatively, you can
add the guests to your Family and Friends list to purchase and assign the tickets to them. You should receive a faster confirmation email this way, too.
If you need additional assistance or have further questions, feel free to
reach out to a Cast Member by phone. They'd be happy to help you complete the ticket purchase and may have other suggestions for making your guests' ticket receipt a smooth process.
I hope this was helpful Azfar. Please come back and see us again with more planning questions.
Magic and memories,
Amy
