I’m buying an incredi annual pass. They issue a certificate which is converted into the annual ticket at the booth. Can I make park reservations with the certificate or must I have the ticket first. I’m going in December so want to make reservations asap

Welcome to planDisney, Ashley! I'm so excited to hear that you're joining the Annual Passholder family. I got my first Annual Pass last year, and you're going to love the flexibility that it gives you, especially with a trip coming up in December.

Great news: you don't have to wait until your pass is activated at the parks to start making theme park reservations. As soon as you purchase your Incredi-Pass and it shows up in your My Disney Experience account, you're good to go! The system recognizes it as valid for making park reservations, even before you've physically activated the pass at Guest Relations or a ticket window. So go ahead and start locking in those park days as soon as your pass appears in your account!

Now, about those park reservations: with the Incredi-Pass, you can hold up to five park reservations at any given time on a rolling basis. That means that as soon as you use one, you can book another. And here's another bonus: if you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can make theme park reservations for every day of your stay in addition to those five rolling reservations. It's a pretty sweet perk that gives you even more flexibility when planning your trip.

So go ahead and purchase that Annual Pass with confidence, and once it's linked up to your account, start grabbing those December park reservations as soon as you can, especially if you've got your eye on those popular days around the holidays.

And welcome to the club! Being an Annual Passholder means more magic, more chances to explore, and yes, more snacks.

    Have a magical day, Ashley!
