Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney, Eleanor! Thank you for visiting us with your first question today. Wow, you’ve got a year of magic ahead of you as a family of
Disneyland Pass holders! We really are lucky to have the happiest place in Europe just a short plane, train, or drive away from us here in the UK.
I can see you’re planning to purchase the Bronze Pass for your family. How you make your initial
park reservation will depend on how you purchase your passes. If you purchase online, the pass will be valid from the following day, and you’ll then be able to make one park reservation through the online platform. If you purchase over the phone, you’ll receive a voucher through the post to exchange for your physical Disneyland Pass on arrival at
Disneyland Paris. It’s at that point that you’ll be able to make your park reservation.
Once you’ve scanned into the park on your first visit, on the day of your initial park reservation, you’re then able to make further park reservations, holding up to three at any one time. Only Guests visiting the Disney Parks are able to scan their own Disneyland Pass, so if your children aren’t with you, their passes can’t be scanned. If they were, this could result in their passes being blocked. Did you know there isn’t the same restriction with the Silver and Gold Pass? Once those passes are valid, you can make up to three park reservations straight away, without needing to visit first.
Eleanor, it’s also important to be aware that the Bronze Pass will no longer be available from 12th February 2026. At that point, you’ll need to choose between
Bronze One and Bronze Max, both of which will feature the same initial park reservation restrictions we’ve talked about today.
I know this is a lot of information to digest, but I hope it helps answer your question and makes planning the start of your year of magic as a Disneyland Pass holder a little clearer. If you’ve got any other questions about Disneyland Paris, please
reach out to me. I’d love to help!
To infinity and beyond!
Matt
