Hi Jane! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are now less than one week away from your vacation at "The Most Magical Place on Earth!" The restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort are excellent about meeting the needs of those with dietary restrictions, so I know you will enjoy many tasty treats very soon.

First, let's talk about viewing menus on the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you are logged into your My Disney Experience account on the app, choose "Order Food." This will bring up the different restaurants that offer Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. You can then select the restaurant you want to check out and see the current menu. You can view all restaurant menus on the Walt Disney World website, as well.

For allergy menus, the selections are updated often and you will have to ask to view their menu in person. During our visits, I have seen the chef come out multiple times to discuss dietary restrictions with Guests, so I know they take your needs very seriously! You can also email in advance to request more information about allergy menus at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com or call (407) 939-3463. I also encourage you to search for allergy menu information from my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists. They have a lot of experience and have given a ton of useful answers that you could also benefit from!
