I'm bringing my 5 year old daughter at the end of the month, just the 2 of us. Its a 1st time for both of us and I wanna know the "can't miss" things for her age.. Were booked for cinderellas round table and a safari at animal kingdom. What else?

    Hi Lindsay,

What a wonderful experience you and your little princess will have at your first trip to Walt Disney World! While there are so many attractions, shows, and meet-and-greets that she will love, there is no way to list them all in this tiny answer box. Here are a few suggestions that you may want to add to your itinerary:
    • A trip to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Every little girl would love to be turned into a Disney Princess, and this is exactly what Fairy Godmothers-in-training accomplish there. With locations in Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney, you have a choice of where to take your little one for her experience. Appointments for this experience fill up fast, so I'd call as soon as you can to see if they have any openings during the days of your vacation. You can find the phone number here: Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
    • Make a reservation for the Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue. Table service at Cinderella's Royal Table is truly magical, so adding on a super fun dinner show with dancing, comedy and crowd interaction will be a great first time memory for the both of you. Plus, the food is kid-friendly and really good!
    • The Kilimanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom, sign up your daughter to be a Wilderness Explorer. The Wilderness Explorers challenge is one of my son's favorite things to do in the park, and is such a fun experience for kids and adults. She'll get to see the park in interesting way, and earn badges to show off when she gets home. As Russell from Up says, "the wilderness must be explored!"

I hope this helps, Lindsay. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask us at any time.
