I'm brand new to WDW!! We are planning our first trip in Nov 2012, staying at All Star Movies. How do I know which tram/train/momorail/etc to use to get to where we need to be? I'm in charge of getting all 8 of us to the right place. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Helyn,

How exciting!  You will always remember your first trip to Walt Disney World.  It truly is the most magical place on earth.

Getting around Walt Disney World using complimentary transportation is very easy.  From Disney's All Star Movies Resort, you can get to all four Disney theme parks (Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom), both water parks (Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach), and Downtown Disney by direct bus.  All the buses and bus stops are clearly marked so you'll have no trouble finding where you need to be to catch your bus.

If you're headed to another Disney resort from Disney's All Star Movies Resort, just hop on a bus headed to the theme park closest to that resort.  Once you reach that theme park, transfer to a bus or boat headed to your final destination.  Again, it's a very easy process.

If you have any questions about how to get to specific locations at Walt Disney World, just post a follow-up question listing your point of origin and destination and we'll happily tell you the fastest way to get where you want to go.

We'll look forward to your future questions, Helyn!

Best wishes for a pixie-dusted vacation,
    Jill
