    I'm booking a vacation for December 8-14 and wondering how the crowds are this week? I wanted to books it this week so we can see the new Fantasy Land. Also, what day would be best for Mickey's Very Merry Chrstmas Party?

    Historically, guests who vacation at Walt Disney World in early December have experienced very tolerable crowd levels, Josclyn.  If it were me planning a trip for my family, I wouldn't hesitate to travel over the dates you mentioned.  You're in for a treat, too; the new Fantasyland is going to be worth making the trip!  As for which day of the week would be best to visit Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, I would suggest avoiding weekends because local visitors might drive up crowd levels.  Enjoy your festive trip!
