    Ashley from WY Asked

When i'm booking a reservation for BOG, do they ask which room you wanted seated in? If not can we request a specific room?

    Hi Ashley,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question!  Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my family's favorite places to dine in Magic Kingdom Park, it isn't everyday guests are able to dine in a castle with the Beast! Currently, Advanced Dining Reservations are able to be made up to 60 days in advance.  I would highly recommend making your reservation as soon as the window opens as Be Our Guest is extremely popular.

When you make your Advanced Dining Reservation for Be Our Guest Restaurant, there isn't a way to request a specific room, however depending on what time of day you are visiting the restaurant there is a possibility to make a request when you arrive at the dining location.  For Quick Service Dining, after your order is placed, you are free to choose where your table in any of the available rooms.  It is a first come first serve basis, but guests are free to wander through all three rooms including the West Wing.  For some extra fun, try and find the Hidden Mickey in the West Wing, it's pretty tricky!

For dinner reservations, guests are able to request a specific room to dine in upon arrival, however it is up to the Cast Member's discretion and not guaranteed.  Depending on the room you request, it may require a little longer of a wait.  When you arrive at the podium to check in, simply tell the Cast Member your room preference and ask if it would be possible to be seated in that area.  Hopefully with a little bit of Pixie Dust your request will be honored!

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort, Ashley.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.

    Happy planning,
    Stephanie
