I'm booking for February 2024 for myself and my 5 teenage children. Looking to book on the website for the rooms, tickets and dining plan. Is there a way to book it and make payments along the way or do I have to pay the total amount upfront?

Hey there Suzanne, I'd like to wish you a warm Canadian welcome to planDisney!

From the looks of it, you're looking forward to escaping the chills of February up North to soak in the Floridian sun next year! I definitely don't blame ya - I absolutely enjoy helping fellow Canucks make the trek down to Walt Disney World Resort for a short respite from the snow.

You'll be happy to hear that when you're booking your Disney Resort Hotel stay with tickets included as part of a package guests are currently able to pay a deposit and make payments online via My Disney Experience leading up to your visit! For many folks and families that have been looking forward to the return of the Disney Dining Plan in 2024, it's been fantastic that we've been able to begin adding this onto future packages. It's important to keep in mind the due date for the final payment of your balance 30 days prior to your arrival according to the current terms and conditions. (If you were purchasing Theme Park Tickets just on their own, that would be one of the scenarios where payment in full would be required upfront.)

While you all begin counting down the months to your trip in February, I highly recommend having your family look at the menus across the locations that accept the Disney Dining Plan in advance, so that you can plan ahead for all of the meals and snacks that your teens will be interested in each day. Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest and greatest updates, especially with the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts that often takes place around the time of your visit! I hope that this was reassuring and helpful to you Suzanne; feel free to reach out to me directly any time that you'd like more advice, tips or tricks ahead of your next Disney adventure!

Here's to having bit more Canada at the Most Magical Place on Earth in February!
