Hi there, Barbara!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s always so exciting when your Online Check-In and activities booking window opens! Sometimes I feel like the wait for that is even longer than the actual wait for the cruise itself!
If both stateroom reservations are linked together
and at least one person from each stateroom has the same booking window then you will be able to book the activities at the same time. By same booking window I mean that at least one person from each stateroom must be of the same
Castaway Club status – if everyone is
first time cruisers, no problem! If you are a Silver or Gold member and no one from the other stateroom is the same status as you are, then they will not be able to book until their window opens. If you are uncertain, I suggest contacting Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 to check prior to your window opening!
If your reservations are linked and everyone has the same booking window, you will want to make sure that you also have everyone’s information including passport number and pre/post travel arrangements for the Online Check-In. Having this handy will make things easy for you! On your “My Cruise Activities” page you will be able to reserve adult-exclusive dining,
Port Adventures, onboard character experiences, spa packages and beverage tastings. Hopefully you’ve had a chance to think about some of those things you may want to do while onboard and at port, but if not, please do ahead of time!
I hope this helps answer your question, Barbara! Please come back if you have any additional questions as your planning continues!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
