    Hello, I'm a bit confused..Is it correct that if I book with a pin and then free dining becomes available, then I can apply free dining instead of the pin? Can I book through a travel agent and use a pin? Thank you for letting me know!!

    Lucky you to have received a special 'pinned' offer!

    Especially when using a PIN code offer, I recommend & prefer to book directly through a Walt Disney World Cast Member by telephone or via the link in your personally e-mailed offer. This way, you know that you'll be able to see all the inclusions of your offer up front and will have flexibility & a direct contact if you need to make changes to your booking.

    After you've booked under the PIN code, if another public offer becomes available, simply call the Vacation Package Booking line at (407)939-7675 and speak with a Cast Member. Be sure to have your existing reservation number handy at the time of your call. Generally speaking, 'pinned' offers are the best offers out there, and you're unlikely to beat the offer with a new one - however a Cast Member can assist you in a comparison over the phone and review offer availability with you.

    You cannot combine more than 1 Special Offer or PIN, but you can definitely take advantage of the current best offer provided there is availability. I've investigated several such opportunities myself with the assistance of a Cast Member over the years and always end up sticking with my e-mailed offer as it's always ended up being the most advantageous.
