Hello , I’m a bit confused . I have DAS return times pre-booked for 12:30 and 3p . Am I able to adjust the times myself before arrival . If not , what time can I make an additional selection ? Thanks

Hi there, Teresa, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm sure you're counting down the days to your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort next month - it's a bibbidi bobbidi beautiful time to visit and check out all of the magic in bloom at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, along with many other seasonal springtime favorites throughout the parks and resorts!

Teresa, as part of the current Disability Access Service, registered guests are able to make two pre-arrival selections for attractions at each of the theme parks they will be visiting, which it sounds like you have already done! Those times cannot be adjusted, but they do not interfere with your ability to make same-day selections for additional attractions throughout the day. Think of them as bonus selections that act independently of your same-day choices! One thing to keep in mind with your advance selections is that, unlike your self-selections, they do have an expiration time, so if they are not used in the pre-booked window, they will expire and disappear from your My Disney Experience account. If this happens, you can always self-select those attractions again for a time that works for your party.

I recently visited the parks with a friend who was eligible for DAS, and it was a seamless process for any of us to make selections on the My Disney Experience mobile app throughout the day. You will be eligible to make your first self-selection once you have tapped into the theme park for the day, as early as the park's opening. You may only hold one same-day DAS attraction selection at a time (not including your advance selections), so once you have redeemed your current selection, you will be eligible to make a new one for your next attraction. Anyone who is connected to you in your Family & Friends list and has eligible theme park admission should see the DAS tile in their My Disney Experience mobile app to be able to make selections, but you (as the DAS holder) will have to be a part of the party and participate in the attraction as well.

One other tip that I will share with you; if you join a boarding group for a Virtual Queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT or TRON Lightcycle/Run in Magic Kingdom Park, you can let the Cast Member at the Lightning Lane entrance know that you have DAS and they will be able to convert your boarding group to a DAS entry to alleviate additional wait time.

Teresa, I hope this information is helpful, and I hope DAS provides you with an inclusive and magical visit without worry! If you have any additional questions, or would like any recommendations before you head to the magic, come on back and let us know! We're always happy to help at planDisney!
