    Hi! I'm a begining runner and have commited myself to run the Princess 1/2 marathon in Feb. 2014. I already meet the pace requirements as I've always been a really fast walker. Does everyone that completes any of the Disney marathons/races receive a medal?

    Hi Natalie! 

    Good for you!  The Princess Half is the perfect first race!  It was my first in 2009 and I was so thrilled to find that there were thousands of runners of every level there.  You will see many people who walk the entire race. 

    Everyone will get a medal.  The Disney medals are far and away the most beautiful race medals that I have ever seen.  RunDisney knows that every person who crosses that finish line has won and deserves to be rewarded with a high-quality, beautifully-designed, medal.
