Hi Moms, I'm back again! My best friend and I have out trip booked for mid January and we are staying at AoA. We plan on doing breakfast at Trattoria al Forno at the boardwalk. How do we get there from our resort? Thanks moms!!

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, you’re as welcome as can be, Kelly!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! What a fun besties trip you have planned. I went with my two BFFs in 2016 and we STILL talk about what an amazing trip it was!

My family and I also took this same Disney’s Art of Animation Resort to Trattoria Al Forno morning that you’re about to embark on! Disney saw many guests like you had an issue finding a way to Boardwalk Resort from their hotels in the morning and invented a ride system called Minnie Vans. For a flat fee of $25, up to 6 guests can travel in polka-dotted style to any destination on Walt Disney World Resort property. You’ll have access to all kinds of phone chargers, 2 car seats (not that you’ll need them this trip!), beautiful Disney music and a bona-fide Cast Member at your disposal. It’s a fabulous way to arrive! Now, when you get to Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, don’t make the mistake I did and walk into the lobby! THere’s a lovely staircase to the RIGHT side of the lobby that will take you down to the Boardwalk area. You’ll find Trattoria Al Forno and that handsome Flynn Rider to your right. If Minnie Vans are not cost effective to your wallet, the other option is calling a Taxi or Lyft-style ride share.

If I can help you find another way around town, please let me know. Watch out for that Smolder! ~ Lindsey P.
