At this time, Guests from the United Kingdom can discuss their needs with a Cast Member through a live video chat once they arrive in the United States and/or at the resort. Starting on May 20, 2024, all Guests will need to do this virtually and will not be able to register for the Disability Access Service at a
Guest Relations location. You can do this right on your smartphone!
The
Walt Disney World Resort offers so many
accommodations, services, and accessibility options for Guests who may need them, beyond just the Disability Access Service. From
wheelchair rentals, accessible queues, parking and transportation options, and
accommodations at Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, the Cast Members at the resort are dedicated to ensuring everyone experiences the magic in ways that make them feel comfortable.
