I’m attending the Wine & Dine post race party & would like to attend the Eat the Beat concert that same night, the ticket allows 5pm entry. Would it be realistic to book the 2nd show (6:45pm) and still have time to eat (reservation) before?

    Hello Nichole!

It is amazing to hear you will be taking part in the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend at the Walt Disney World Resort. runDisney events are always a great time and combined with the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, you're really in for a treat!

If you want to dine at a Table Service restaurant prior to the concert, I would suggest planning to attend the 8:00 PM show rather than the 6:45 PM option. While you may have time to dine and sprint over to the show, the concerts can be quite popular and are seated on a first-come, first-served process. Guests tend to begin lining up well ahead of time to ensure that they get a good seat to the show and because seating is limited. For Guests who have not reserved an Eat to the Beat Dining Package seating will be based on availability.

If you do choose to book an Eat to the Beat Dining Package, you typically will not be able to find a dining reservation for later than about 4:15 PM - 4:30 PM for the 6:45 PM concert.  Even with a dining package reservation the last time I was visiting, people were still lining up about 45 minutes prior to the concert starting.

I hope this information helps, Nichole! Have an amazing weekend visit and please come see us again soon if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
