I'm attending the Western Foot and Ankle Conference June 20, 2022 - June 26, 2022 and am wondering if the "Specially Priced Theme Park Tickets" available for me to purchase can be upgraded to season passes?

    Hi Matt!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad that you found us hEAR!

This is a great question. I want to be a member of the coolest club in the Kingdom so badly. (If not for the access to my favorite attractions and characters, then definitely for the shopping and dining discounts.)  I sadly don't have the most 100% definitive answer on upgrading convention tickets to a  Magic Key annual pass as it depends on the type of theme park admission tickets available to you through your conference. Some groups get tickets that are full-day tickets sold at a discount because you'll be in a meeting or convention space all day, and while you'll have some free time during the day, it's not at a specific time, so an open-ended ticket makes the most sense. Other groups have tickets that are only for admission after the workday is done. Groups that have meetings at a Disneyland Hotel have one kind of ticket whereas groups that are meeting at the Anaheim Convention Center have another, etc.

Your best bet would be to call the Disneyland Ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636, or to even reach out to the convention organizer to see if they have any answers for you. Another idea is if you know anyone who has already purchased their tickets, ask what it says in their Disneyland Mobile App; tickets that are eligible to be upgraded will usually say in both the fine print of the ticket itself or will give the owner the option to upgrade within the Disneyland App. (Tickets that are not eligible for an upgrade will very much say so, in not-so-fine print.) Lastly, if none of those avenues provided an answer, you can always ask at the Ticket Booths in The Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

I'm so sorry that I couldn't provide a better answer, Matt. I do hope that you're able to enjoy both your convention AND Mickey's original house while you're in town.
