Greetings, Michelle!
What a delightfully fun idea! You can find the Disney California Adventure Park face painting location just past the
Pixar Pier entrance archway outside
Knick’s Knacks. I also suggest having a backup plan in place as well. The face painting kiosk does not have regular hours posted. So I don't want you to be disappointed if they aren’t available during
Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party or the three hours before 6:00 PM, when party Guests are allowed to enter the park early.
You will also want to be mindful of the
costume guidelines. While face painting is not prohibited, Guests at least 14 years old may not wear costume masks. So you’ll want to be careful that your face painting plans don’t end up so elaborate that the security Cast Members turn you away if your artwork conceals your face more than they are comfortable.
Tony’s Tip: Don’t forget that
Disney PhotoPass downloads are complimentary with your admission to Oogie Boogie Bash. PhotoPass photographers may scan your PhotoPass code displayed in the
Disneyland mobile app. Another convenient way to link your photos is using the wristband that each partygoer will be given. Each wristband has a unique PhotoPass code printed on it. You can use the Disneyland app to link that code to your account. And then you can have photographers scan your wristband to link pictures to your account without needing to pull out your phone.
Have a happy Halloween, Michelle!
