    I'm attempting to purchase Genie+ for our trip next week through the Disney Experience App but I'm getting an error message that states "The ticket dates that you are trying to purchase are no longer available". Please help.

    Only FOUR more days until you begin your holiday vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Christmas and Disney are two of my very favorite things. Combine them and it is a dream come true for me! You will have the best time and make so many special memories.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding Disney Genie+ to your existing Walt Disney World theme park tickets. You are not alone! We have been hearing from other Guests that are experiencing the same thing. If you are unable to purchase in advance, you will need to give Disney a call directly at (407) 934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member to see if they can add it on their end or help you troubleshoot any issues. You can also wait to add Disney Genie+ on the first day of your visit. This is the method I prefer simply because I can add one day at a time instead of having to add it to every day on my ticket.
