I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding
Disney Genie+ to your existing
Walt Disney World theme park tickets. You are not alone! We have been hearing from other Guests that are experiencing the same thing. If you are unable to purchase in advance, you will need to
give Disney a call directly at (407) 934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member to see if they can add it on their end or help you troubleshoot any issues. You can also wait to add Disney Genie+ on the first day of your visit. This is the method I prefer simply because I can add one day at a time instead of having to add it to every day on my ticket.
