I'm arriving at POR in 10 days, and i want to take advantage of the online-check in. I have successfully logged in and I am adding all the info requested, but its not letting me add room requests? I booked a Royal Guest Room. What am i doing wrong?

    Hi there, Beberly!

You are absolutely not doing anything wrong. The issue could be one of a couple:

When you use the online check-in system, you are actually not able to attach requests or preferences if the Resort is, at the time of your trip, fully booked, etc.

Additionally, your Royal Room is special, and because there are so few of them, the number of special requests that Disney can offer is quite limited. It is possible that every Royal Room is booked, and, again, Disney travel professionals are simply unable to honor requests made in advance.

The hotel business is so fluid that you'll have much better luck either calling your request in to (407) W-DISNEY, or making the request in person when you arrive. In fact, because of the turnover of rooms, your best bet is likely to ask when you arrive. The Cast Member who checks you in will have the most up-to-date roster of rooms that are full, turning over, etc., and will work to honor your request as closely as possible.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
