    I'm arriving December 28 - I dont see the Lightning Lane Premier Pass on my app

    Hiya Michael!

    Welcome to planDisney! The Lightning Lane Premier Pass has recently arrived and those who have purchased it have found it to be such a great help. It is currently available in limited quantities and only to Guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and a few other select hotels. There is also a timing rule for purchasing this pass as it can only be bought 7 days before your check-in date at 7 AM and can be bought for your whole stay but only up to 14 days. (Whichever is shorter.) Since you are more than 7 days away from your stay the option to purchase it on the My Disney Experience Mobile App will not show up. 

    If you are staying at one of the qualifying Resort hotels you should see an option to purchase it right from your homepage. Make sure that your app is updated and that you are logged into the MyDisney account linked to your reservation. If you are arriving on December 28, 2024, then you will have to wait till December 27 to make the purchase! Remember that you can only buy the pass for one Park but you will have the chance to enjoy so much with limited wait.
