    Hi, I'm from Argentina, I'll be sailing in February 2020 in the Dream, before the cruise I'll spend 8 days in WDW. I'm going to travel to the port by car, is there a way to receive the cruise docs and luggage tags at the resort? Thanks

    Hi there, Enrique!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I am so excited to hEAR you have a Disney Cruise Line vacation planned AND will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort!  No better vacation than theme parks followed by a relaxing cruise to the Bahamas!  Add on a stop at Castaway Cay and you’ve really got it all planned perfectly!

    Your cruise documentation booklet and luggage tags are typically sent out approximately 5-8 weeks prior to your voyage, so I would assume that you will have already received your documents in the mail prior to your visit to Orlando.  If you do not receive them before leaving home, additional luggage tags are available at Port Canaveral when you arrive to check in.  I do recommend always keeping your cruise confirmation number and stateroom number handy in case you need it!

    Since you will be visiting both the theme parks and be onboard the Disney Dream, you will want to download both the My Disney Experience Mobile App and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app prior to your vacation.  While at the theme parks, the Mobile app will provide wait times, maps and my favorite – mobile food ordering!  The Navigator app will provide you with a schedule of onboard activities and entertainment, deck plans, menus and much more while onboard.
