Hi Carrie, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
I don’t know if you’ve had the chance to experience
TRON Lightcycle / Run yet, but it is such a thrilling ride. As an architect, you may especially appreciate the shape and design details of the canopy covering the walkway leading to the entrance of the queue. My friend and
fellow panelist, Matt N., pointed out the pattern of the grid engraved on the canopy, and now I can’t help but notice it whenever I walk towards the attraction.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find the manufacturer of the lockers. The Cast Member I spoke to wasn’t sure if the manufacturer’s information was easily accessible when Guests
use the lockers as they enter or exit the attraction. The Cast Member did share that the lockers are checked and emptied each night after Magic Kingdom has closed. Any items left in the lockers are taken to Lost and Found.
If you ever lose something in Walt Disney World, I suggest visiting the Help section of your My Disney Experience app to fill out the
Lost and Found form. Once you submit the form, you’ll receive
occasional emails letting you know if your item has been found. My son recently lost a
MagicBand+ at Hollywood Studios, and luckily, it was found a few days later. I chose to have the MagicBand+ sent to my home, but if I were still in Walt Disney World, I could have picked it up from a designated location.
Sorry I didn’t have all the information you were looking for, Carrie. I hope you get to check out TRON soon! If you have any future questions, we’d be happy to help you here at
planDisney!
