    I'm on the app trying to do fast passes and some days Frozen doesn't show up at all, even as being completely booked. Any idea why this is? Also, has Duffy come back to any of the parks? Thanks!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    If I understand your question, you are currently trying to make a FastPass+ selection for Frozen Ever After using the My Disney Experience mobile app and there is no availability, correct? If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel then you should be able to make FastPass+ Selections up to 60 days in advance, and 30 days before otherwise. If you have tried to book your FastPass+ selections on the mobile app and you feel that there are technical issues, then I suggest trying to use a laptop or desktop computer. If this still does not work, then I recommend contacting Website Support. As this is one of the more popular attractions, there may not be any availability. Alternatively, you may be dealing with a more technical web-based issue.

    As for Duffy, though you can still find merchandise (subject to change) throughout Walt Disney World Resort, he no longer appears at his Meet & Greet location in Epcot. Although this can be sad news, there are many other Characters waiting to join you on a magic carpet ride, offer you fist bumps, or enjoy a spoonful of sugar with you throughout Epcot! Character Experiences in Epcot are subject to change.
