Hi Juana,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your vacation planning question, I would be happy to help you sleuth out your answer! There is nothing quite so special as visiting
Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season. Just thinking about the festive decor, the scrumptious holiday treats, and the enchanting holiday music has me longing to go "home" for a visit.
Juana there could be a few reasons why you haven't been able to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation, so let's start at the beginning. First we need to make sure Stitch hasn't been up to his shenanigans, so check in your
My Disney Experience account and make sure your Walt Disney World Annual Pass appears in your "tickets" tab. If you don't see it there, then the best thing to do is call the number listed in this page for
V.I.PASSHOLDER Support as that is most likely the culprit.
If your Walt Disney World Annual Pass is showing up as active in your My Disney Experience account, then next check to make sure you aren't attempting to hold more than 3 Disney Park Pass reservations at a time outside of those held in conjunction with a Disney Resort hotel stay. Here is a link for
Annual Passes: Know Before You Go which describes the Walt Disney World Annual Pass entitlements in detail.
The next thing to check is the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar. Be sure to select the indicator tab above the calendar for
Annual Passholders to view the available theme parks for Annual Passholders.
Finally, if you are still feeling Goofy about why you cannot make a Disney Park Pass reservation, double check the type of Walt Disney World Annual Pass that you have and make sure you are not trying to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation during a
blockout date. I noticed you are a Florida resident so if you have a Gold or Silver Annual Pass, there are some days in December in which these passes are not eligible for admission to the theme parks. Here is a link for
Annual Pass Admissions & Blockout Dates Calendar. Be sure to select the type of Walt Disney World Annual Pass you have to see if you have blockout dates associated with your Annual Pass type.
I hope this helps you find your answer Juana! If you still need assistance, or have any other Disney vacation planning questions, please come back and visit us again. We are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure!
