I’m an annual passholder. I was planning on visiting Epcot 3/15 and later going to Magic Kingdom. Is that possible? I know at one point there was something about not being able to go to MK if you don’t have reservations.

    Hi there, Jillian!

Welcome back to planDisney! It’s always a pleasure to help a fellow Annual Passholder plan a practically perfect Disney day. And what a fantastic plan! Starting with a world tour in EPCOT before heading to Magic Kingdom for an evening filled with nostalgia, thrills, and maybe even some fireworks? Sounds like pure magic to me!

I have great news for you! As an Annual Passholder, you can absolutely start your day at EPCOT on March 15 and then hop over to Magic Kingdom later.  Since March 15th is not currently listed as a "Good-to-Go" date for Magic Kingdom, you'll need a reservation for your first park of the day. So, if you’re planning on hitting up EPCOT first, be sure you have that locked in. Then, once the clock strikes 2:00 PM, you’re free to park hop to Magic Kingdom without needing an additional reservation.

Once you make it to MK, do yourself a favor and pop into the Kernel Kitchen inside Main Street Confectionery for my all-time favorite Magic Kingdom snack, the Create-Your-Own-Mix popcorn! You can customize your popcorn with different flavors, drizzles, and fun toppings for the ultimate sweet-and-salty treat. Trust me, it’s a must-try and the perfect mid-day (or end-of-day) pick-me-up and, bonus, it's BIG enough to share!

I hope you have an unforgettable day of sipping around the world, strolling down Main Street, and maybe even catching a breathtaking view of Happily Ever After. Because, is there any better way to end a Disney day?

Wishing you your happily ever after,

    Emille
