Greetings Lauren, and welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you're trying to put together a celebration that is practically perfect in every way. If you're looking to do something completely private, consider contacting
Disney Meetings & Events. The magic makers here will help you plan an occasion that is a good fit for your group and budget. They'll also be able to tell you what
Enchanting Extras and special touches, like a visit from a Disney friend, are currently available.
While I can't be sure if the royal ladies are making the rounds to private events these days, I do know that Cinderella usually appears in her castle at
Cinderella's Royal Table in the
Magic Kingdom Park. My daughter, sisters, and I enjoyed a celebratory meal here on a recent visit, and it was a truly special experience. If a private event doesn't work out, I recommend trying to dine here. If you make reservations for the beginning of the meal period, you may find yourselves in an uncrowded, seemingly private space. We booked the earliest lunch seating possible and sat in a secluded corner booth near a window. We had an incredible view of Fantasyland, and Cinderella stopped by to greet diners from afar several times during the meal.
If your party is larger than eight guests, you might want to split up into two or more reservations (you'll need more than one person to make reservations in their
My Disney Experience accounts) and ask to be seated near each other. Because you'll need to pre-pay for the meal upon booking, as the host, you can cover the cost for the entire party if that's something you're looking to do.
I hope this is helpful, Lauren! Good luck planning your celebration, and if there's anything else we at planDisney can do to help make your wishes come true, don't hesitate to reach out again.
Thanks for stopping by!
Betsy
