    I’m an annual pass holder and received my MagicBands but the sliders are missing?? I looked through the whole box but found none. Can I get them at the park?

    It's so exciting that you've gotten an Annual Pass for yourself so you can enjoy an entire year of magic! Just think, you'll be able to attend all of the festivals at Epcot, see all of the brand new attractions that are debuting this year, and enjoy four seasons of fun at the Theme Parks and Resort Hotels. Make sure to bookmark and keep an eye on the Passholder Extras page so you can take advantage of all of the special offers that are available for annual Passholders like yourself!

    Annual Passholder MagicBand sliders cannot be picked up at the Theme Parks but if you did not receive your slider in the box with your Annual Passholder MagicBand, you should call or email V.I.PASSHOLDER Support using the contact information found on the Passholder Program page. I know that there has recently been a delay in sending sliders out to some guests but a Cast Member will be able to help get one to you when you call or email, or at least be able to let you know when you can expect to see it in the mail. That way, you can attach it to your new MagicBand and show it off proudly on an upcoming trip!
