I’m an annual pass holder and it’s too late to cancel the reservation. Is it ok to be a no show for one time?

Hey there, hi there, Wayne! We are happy to have you stop by planDisney with your question!

From one Magic Key holder to another, welcome! I am sorry to hear you can't make your park reservation. As I am sure you know, reservations can be cancelled or modified up until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time the night before a reservation. Disneyland understands that sometimes last-minute plan changes happen and that could mean a no-show. One no-show every once in a while is fine! If you reach 3 no-shows in a 90 day period, you will be unable to modify an existing or make a new reservation for 30 days. Just don't let that happen!

Are you getting excited for the upcoming 70th Celebration? I have my reservations and cannot wait to see everything. I am thrilled for the return of the Paint the Night parade and was just looking through old photos of the last time I saw it back in 2018. I love a nighttime parade! Oh, and I am holding out hope that we will see a Foodie Guide too over at Disney Parks Blog soon!

Wayne, thanks so much for stopping by! We are always here for your planning questions!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
