Ahoy, Heidi!
So happy to have you sailing with us! An Alaskan cruise is high on my bucket list, I hope you are getting so excited for your trip. Embarkation day will be peeking over the horizon before you know it!
I did a little hunting and discovered that the current schedule for your itinerary is:
Those schedules are always subject to change, so it's a good idea to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to confirm those nights when you're on the ship.
The
dress code for Disney Cruise Line is pretty relaxed. While there are formal and semi-formal nights, you're also welcome to wear regular cruise casual attire. But it is really fun to get a little bit dressed up! Honestly, my daughter treated every night like it was a formal night and wore a different princess dress every day. I loved seeing her surprise our dining team with her outfits each night, and they were always so sweet and complimentary! I do recommend taking a sweater or wrap with you to dinner, especially if you're wearing a dress without sleeves. Sometimes the dining rooms can be a little chilly, and unlike Elsa, the cold
does bother me a bit!
Speaking of packing, I like to start with the
Disney Cruise Line packing list. I always see something on that list that I would have forgotten! Alaska will likely have more variety in temperatures than cruises through tropical climates, so layers will definitely be your friend on this trip. It's also a good idea to review the
prohibited items list so you don't accidentally pack something that will delay your luggage or be confiscated. Don't forget to leave some space in your luggage for souvenirs!
Enjoy the final countdown to your cruise, Heidi! Wishing you smooth seas and lots of magic!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
